At Styles By Camille, LLC, I strive to be on time and time efficient, all while providing you the best quality service. I ask that you try to be on time to your appointments as well. However, I do understand that problems may occur which can cause you to be delayed. In the event this happens, I ask you to give me a courtesy call or text to inform me. Every client is given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, if the delay interferes with another scheduled appointment, you may/will be asked to reschedule and be charged a $15 fee. Appointment reminders are sent out 2-3 days in advance. All appointments need to be confirmed within 48 hours of appointment reminder being sent. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled to accommodate scheduling needs. Any appointment that is cancelled less than a day in advance will result in a $25 cancellation fee and/or deposit being forfeited. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a No Show Fee of $25 is collected before services resume at Styles By Camille, LLC. An invoice will be sent for you to pay either of these fees, which will then release the hold on your appointments.
To avoid a Cancellation or No Show Fee, please give a notice prior to a day. This will give someone else the opportunity to get their hair done if you are unable to make your appointment. I also understand circumstances may occur at the last minute that will prevent you from coming to your appointment. It is your job to let me know as soon as possible so that I can work with you in certain situations. If last minute cancelling or No Shows become a pattern, you may be asked to put down a non- refundable deposit for a future appointment. Worse case scenario will be you are no longer able to receive services at Styles By Camille, LLC.
All extensions being used must be fresh, free of dirt and thread. If you need your extensions cleanse, this will be an additional charge added to your services. Camille will not use hair that has not been properly treated and cut up. If you require coloring services for your extensions, they must be sent to the studio prior to your services unless otherwise stayed. You must consult with Camille prior to your service to make sure you obtain the correct amount of hair for your installation. It is not Camille's fault if you do not have enough hair for your service if you did not consult her at first.
Wig services require a 50% deposit to be made when hair is received or delivered. You have 3 days from the receipt of hair to make deposit via PAYPAL (please use option "send to family/friend" to not be charged a fee), in-person, Cash App, or by credit card. The remaining balance will be collected at pick-up or prior to mailing of unit.

All orders ship via USPS 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS IF IN STOCK. DURING SALES SHIPPING TIME MAY BE EXTENDED 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS DUE TO THE DEMAND, unless otherwise specified. We also offer international shipping.
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should typically receive your products within 6 business days from the day you order them.
All of our items require a signature or receipt by the purchaser.
APO/FPO Shipping: We can ship most items to APO/FPO destinations. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 5-10 business days of the day you order.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping: Carrier restrictions prevent some items from being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. “Free Shipping” discounts do not apply to orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii..
Styles By Camille reserves the right to require a deposit for any service deemed necessary. Deposits must be paid prior to the rendering of services. Deposits will be accepted in the form of cash up front, credit in-person, or via PAYPAL (use the option "send to family/friend" to not be charged a fee). If deposit is not received in the stated time frame, your appointment will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable if under $100. Deposits over $100, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded for cancelled/no show appointments.

Styles By Camille, LLC wants to provide a pleasant experience for everyone including other salon studio owners in the building. Since space is very limited, I asked that there are no guest or children accompanying you unless absolutely necessary.
Styles By Camille, LLC will provide the best quality service to you. Therefore, there will be no refunds under any circumstance. If you are dissatisfied with your service, we will discuss an outcome to not exceed the cost of your service rendered.
Styles By Camille, LLC does not accept checks as a regular form of payment. However, under certain circumstances, it may be allowed. If a check is returned unpaid, there is a Return Check Fee of $50.00 that is due immediately, along with the amount of the check written. This must be paid in cash or via PayPal. After 30 days of return check balance and fee going unpaid, the fee is increased to $75.00 and interest of 1% of the daily balance begins to accrue on day 31. Once your balance has reached $300 or more or it has been more than 90 days since the date of the check being returned, further legal action will be taken.
