  • Late, Cancellation, and No Show"
    At Styles By Camille, LLC, I strive to be on time and time efficient, all while providing you the best quality service. I ask that you be on time to your appointments as well. However, I do understand that problems may occur which can cause you to be delayed. In the event this happens, I ask you to give me a courtesy call or text to inform me. Every client is given a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the delay interferes with another scheduled appointment, you may/will be asked to reschedule and be charged a minimum $15 fee. Appointment reminders are sent out 2 days in advance. All appointments need to be confirmed within 48 hours of appointment reminder being sent. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled to accommodate scheduling needs. Any appointment that is cancelled less than a day in advance will result in a $30 cancellation fee and/or deposit being forfeited. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a No Show Fee of 40% up to 100% of service fee charged, and it will be up to the stylist if they will continue services at Styles By Camille, LLC. An invoice will be sent for you to pay either of these fees, which will then release the hold on your appointments. To avoid a Cancellation or No Show Fee, please give a notice prior to a day. This will give someone else the opportunity to get serviced if you are unable to make your appointment. I also understand circumstances may occur at the last minute that will prevent you from coming to your appointment. It is your job to let me know as soon as possible so that I can work with you in certain situations. If last minute cancelling or No Shows become a pattern, you may be asked to put down a non- refundable deposit for a future appointment. Worse case scenario will be you are no longer able to receive services at Styles By Camille, LLC.
  • Hair Extension/Weave Policy
    All extensions being used must be fresh, free of dirt and thread. If you need your extensions cleanse, this will be an additional charge added to your services. Camille will not use hair that has not been properly treated and cut up. If you require coloring services for your extensions, they must be sent to the studio prior to your services unless otherwise stayed. You must consult with Camille prior to your service to make sure you obtain the correct amount of hair for your installation. It is not Camille's fault if you do not have enough hair for your service if you did not consult her at first. Wig services require a 50% deposit to be made when hair is received or delivered. You have 3 days from the receipt of hair to make deposit via Cash App ($stylesbycamille), by credit card, or cash in person. The remaining balance will be collected at pick-up or prior to mailing of unit.
  • Deposits
    Styles By Camille reserves the right to require a deposit for any service deemed necessary. Deposits must be paid prior to the rendering of services. If deposit is not received in the stated time frame, your appointment will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits can be made using the card, cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, or Cash App ($stylesbycamille). This can be downloaded from the Samsung Play store or the Apple Store for iPhones.   • Guest/Children
    Styles By Camille, LLC wants to provide a pleasant experience for everyone including other salon studio owners in the building. Since space is very limited, I asked that there are no guest or children accompanying you unless being serviced.
  • Refunds
    Styles By Camille, LLC will provide the best quality service to you. Therefore, there will be no refunds under any circumstance. If you are dissatisfied with your service, we will discuss an outcome to not exceed the cost of your service rendered.

  • What Is Virgin Hair?
    Virgin hair is human hair that is unprocessed and unaltered. It has not been dyed, permed, bleached, or treated with any chemicals. To achieve different textures, we gently steam process the hair to create beautiful, bouncy waves and curls in an array of textures. Virgin hair is great for when you’re looking to make an investment in hair that will last for a long period of time, allow you to create custom color looks, and whip your hair back and forth with ease like it’s all yours.
  • How Long Does This Hair Last?
    This hair can last for you a long time. The key is to remember that these are VIRGIN HUMAN HAIR EXTENSIONS. So, you should treat the extensions like they are growing out of your own head. The better care you give,the longer you can have it and reuse! Our clients generally use the hair for 12 months or longer.
  • How Much Hair Do I Need?
    This all depends on how much fullness you want to achieve. A full sew-in install would need approximately 8 to 10 ounces of hair. We recommend buying 2 to 3 bundles of hair for lengths 12” to 18”. We recommend 4 bundles for lengths 20″ or longer. Each bundle weighs 3.5 ounces. Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight the rule is: “The longer the hair, the shorter the weft.”
  • Can I Color This Hair?
    This is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed is not processed in anyway. You can color the hair, however once ANY VIRGIN HUMAN hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized. It is advised to seek professional help when coloring your hair extensions, for you can over process/damage your extensions.
  • Maintenance Instructions For All Textures
    Shampoo at least once a week Use a shampoo no higher than pH7 Do NOT massage Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up you scalp Rinse thoroughly Let air dry

    Use styling products minimally to avoid build up For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT! Dampen hair with a water bottle Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls Let air dry Style as desired
